This is a character I made for my final year project at university; an animation based on the Witcher. Its my first attempt at a cg character. It’s fully rigged for animation as well including facial.
After a year in the VFX industry I had a good idea of the character creation pipeline from modelling to rigging, so I made sure to stick industry standard workflow and practices in everything.
Base meshes made in Maya, sculpted in Zbrush, Retopo in Maya and RDS Wrap, textured in Substance painter, rigged in Maya and shaded in Arnold.
